Kickstart your 2016 with a fun-filled day of moving and learning about health and wellness. We start with a yoga flow class taught by Deddou, and continue with talks and demos from experts in the health and wellbeing industry. Classes throughout the day include: intro to meditation, learning to cook healthy meals, how to stay healthy without dieting, natural remedies for fertility, tips for practicing yoga at home, the power from Superfoods and the option for private consultations with any of the teachers.
