Where do you get your creative input for yoga from/Where do you get inspired?
Tricky question :) Most of the when I am listening to music different movements as well as yoga poses come to my mind. I'll try those on my Yoga mat to see if they make sense. Sometimes while reading in my yoga books I choose a pose and then create a flow to get to that chosen pose. Of course I follow a lot of international yoga teachers on Instagram too and attend different yoga classes but I like to create my own flows.
