You have probably heard that having a morning ritual makes a difference in your day.
But how do you set it up & what should you do?
In Ayurveda special attention is set on being in synch with the natural rhythms of the day. Therefore it is recommended to get up before 6am, during “vata time”. It is the time of day when nature awakens and the air is still crisp and fresh.
It is said that the 1st thing you do in a new day sets the tone for the rest of the day. So why not start the day with a ritual that sets you up for having an amazing day?
