Das Geheimnis zu mehr Flexibilität (DE)

Wünscht du dir auch mehr Dehnbarkeit und Flexibilität in deiner Hüfte und den Hamstrings?

Egal, ob Yoga-Neuling oder regelmäsiger Yogi, viele Menschen sind in den Hüften und den "Hamstrings" verkürzt und deshalb in ihrer Dehnbarkeit eingeschränkt. Dabei kannst du in nur wenigen Yoga-übungen an deiner Flexibilität gezielt arbeiten und so in wenigen Wochen grosse Fortschritte sehen. Leider hilft eine reguläre Yoga Flow Lektion nur wenig, um viel dehnbarer zu werden. Denn die meisten Yoga-Flow-Asanas, wie der Krieger 2 oder das Deieck (Trikonasana) setzt bereits eine gewisse Flexibilität voraus.

For most women it is more challenging to gain strength than flexibility in yoga. Are you one of them? I am. And this is why I came up with this course. During 7 Days you get one video per day that supports you on your journey to getting stronger. Develope core strength, say good-bye to weak arms and ignite your inner fire. I will guide you through a set of different practices from short Core Flows to breathing exercises and how-to videos. Together we sweat, breath and overcome our fear for crow pose & handstand.
