You might have a morning ritual,
but do you have a “Going to Bed”- Ritual?

We live in a society that values "doing" much more than "being". If we are not busy "doing" things, we aren't efficient - that's at least what we tell ourselves.
That’s why most people dont’ see the value in sleep & are constantly running on a lack of sleep. Or they are so busy during the day that it can be be very hard to actually fall asleep at night (because our minds are still very busy).
