Vitality Boost for office life

It's summer! So my advice to you: take advantage of the sunny weather and go outside as much as possible during your work day. In Yoga we want to raise our "prana", which means life-energy.
Here I share 3 tips with you on how to feel good and raise your prana:
1 - Walk bare-foot in the grass
I love this one. So simple and yet grounding and relaxing. Walk slowly and really feel the ground underneath you. And maybe do a lunch pick-nick out there in the grass. Just don't forget your sunscreen.
2 - Add prana boosting herbs & fruits into your water
Instead of drinking plain water, add some fresh rosemary, mint or basil into your water. For some extra refreshment combine it with the juice of either 1 lemon or 1 orange. You can prepare it in the morning and refill your waterbottle during the whole day.
3 - more vitality through fresh air
Make it a point to take a few conscious breaths while you're outdoors. This increases your vitality and might even give you a fresh perspective & therefore new ideas for how to tackle upcoming tasks.
